You lead client engagements from the first diagnostic to a measured pilot. You work with sponsors, process owners and delivery teams to find where execution drifts, redesign how the work gets done, and keep decisions, owners and agreed dates in view as circumstances change.
What you'll do
- Diagnose execution challenges. Run short diagnostics with sponsors and process owners: where execution drifts, who owns each step, and which delays have no owner.
- Design the pilot. Turn one execution challenge into a focused pilot of about 12 weeks, with a baseline, a target and agreed review points.
- Redesign processes, roles and AI agents together. Agree which steps people keep, which checks AI agents prepare under agreed rules, and where decisions and authority sit.
- Coordinate execution across teams. Keep each team's activities, owners and agreed dates on one record on the ZedNerve Platform, and bring decisions to the right people with the evidence they need.
- Measure honestly. Compare results with the baseline and the target, keep forecasts and actuals apart, and help leadership decide what to scale, adjust or stop.
- Shape the method. Bring what you learn on engagements back into how we work and into the ZedNerve Platform.
What you bring
- Transformation delivery. Years of leading transformation, operating model or large programme delivery in government or enterprise organisations.
- Process and role design. You have redesigned processes, roles and governance, and seen the change adopted.
- Senior stakeholder work. You are at ease facilitating decisions with sponsors and executives, and with the teams doing the work.
- Evidence over activity. You set baselines, measure outcomes, and never present a projection as a result.
- A practical view of AI. You understand what AI can and can't do in day-to-day operations. You don't need to be an engineer.
- Languages. Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
