Who we are

We help organisations turn AI ambition into accountable delivery.

ZedNerve combines advisory with a shared platform. We connect your priorities with the work that delivers them, give people and AI agents defined responsibilities, and measure the outcome against an agreed baseline.

For government and enterprise teams, we help define what needs to change, organise the work around clear responsibilities and evaluate progress against agreed measures.

Why ZedNerve exists

A strategy needs a practical path into delivery.

An organisation can have a clear ambition and still struggle to carry it through. Priorities shift, work crosses departments, decisions wait for approval and evidence becomes scattered across systems.

ZedNerve brings advisory and coordinated execution together around that challenge: making the outcome clear, assigning responsibility, responding to change and keeping the evidence connected as the work progresses.

Our focus is the connection between the decision to change and the work required to make it happen.
  1. The decision to change
  2. A clear outcome
  3. Assigned responsibility
  4. Connected evidence
  5. The work that makes it happen

What we do

Advisory and platform, working together.

Advisory

We help define outcomes, understand the current process and shape a focused pilot with clear responsibilities and success measures.

How we work

Platform

ZedNerve provides one shared view of priorities, owners, decisions and delivery evidence, so execution can be coordinated and adjusted as circumstances change.

Explore the platform

The aim is to give your team a clearer basis for action, and evidence for deciding what to scale, adjust or stop.

Led by the founder

ZedNerve's founder has more than 15 years of experience in programme and portfolio delivery and governance, including government programmes and digital and AI transformation.

ZedNerve was founded so that an approved strategy keeps moving once delivery starts: bottlenecks and procedural delays are identified and resolved, responsibilities stay clear, and delivery across the portfolio is monitored as the work progresses.

The founder leads each ZedNerve engagement personally and directs the development of the ZedNerve Platform.

The experience described here is the founder's professional background before ZedNerve. It is not a record of ZedNerve client work. We will name clients and publish their results only with their agreement.

I started ZedNerve to help organisations close the gap between approving an AI strategy and making it work in practice, with clear responsibilities and evidence of what changes.

Working principles

How we approach the work

  1. Start with the outcome.

Define what needs to improve and how progress will be assessed before choosing the solution.

  2. Make responsibility clear.

Give the work, decisions and approvals identifiable owners.

  3. Keep people accountable.

Use AI to support the work while keeping approval responsibilities with authorised people.

  4. Use evidence to decide.

Establish a baseline, review the results and be prepared to adjust the approach.

  5. Build for the organisation.

Consider existing systems, operating requirements and the people who will run the work.

Let's discuss what your organisation needs to move forward.

Bring one execution challenge, or an outcome you want to improve. We can start by understanding the challenge and whether ZedNerve is a fit.
